Okay, Glass Onion: Hilarious or Trying Too Hard?

So, I just finished watching Glass Onion, and I'm still trying to decide if I LOVED it or just kinda liked it. Don't get me wrong, Benoit Blanc is dreamy (even if his accent still makes me giggle a little), and the whole 'rich people behaving badly' thing is always entertaining, but something felt a little...off? Like it was trying to be clever, you know? Specifically, I'm wondering what everyone thinks about the Miles Bron character? Edward Norton was great, but did anyone else find him a little too on the nose? Like, we get it, he's a clueless tech bro with more money than sense, but it felt like they were beating us over the head with it sometimes. And the whole thing with the Mona Lisa? Funny, sure, but almost too ridiculous, even for this kind of movie. On the other hand, I absolutely adored Janelle Monáe's performance (or should I say, performances?). She was so compelling, and I was genuinely rooting for her the whole time. Plus, the outfits were amazing! What did you all think of how they tied her character's story into the overall mystery? Was it satisfying, or did it feel a bit rushed at the end? Curious to hear everyone's thoughts – maybe I need to rewatch it with fresh eyes (and a bottle of wine, obvi)!
