Fall (2022): Okay, My Palms Are Sweating Just THINKING About It

Yo, scottscreens here. Just saw 'Fall' and seriously, my hands are STILL sweating. I mean, heights are NOT my thing, and this movie just cranked that fear up to eleven. 2000 feet up an old radio tower? No thank you, I'm good down here quoting movies on solid ground. But dammit, it WAS kinda gripping. Like, I was yelling at the screen, "GET DOWN! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" the whole time. Becky and Hunter, those two crazy broads, were wilding. And honestly, I was kinda impressed with their sheer dumb determination? But also, the vulture scene? NOPE. 'I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse' to become vulture food. Hard pass all around. And the reveal about Dan... oof. That hit different. Hunter, you shady AF. The effects were pretty good, I'll give 'em that. Made me feel like I was actually up there, which, again, I didn't WANT to feel. It wasn't perfect or anything, a little cheesy in spots, but hey, it kept me on the edge of my seat. 'Houston, we have a problem' doesn't even BEGIN to cover it. Overall, if you're looking for a thriller that'll mess with your equilibrium, give 'Fall' a shot. Just maybe watch it with a buddy and a barf bag. You'll be quoting 'Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn' about heights for a while after this one.
