OMG You HAVE to see "The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent" - So Meta!

Okay, so last night, me and the girls FINALLY watched "The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent" and I'm still giggling about it. Like, the whole concept is just chef's kiss. Nicolas Cage playing a fictionalized, kinda washed-up version of himself? Brilliant! For those who haven't seen it, it's about Nic Cage needing money so he takes a gig at a super fan's birthday party... and then the CIA gets involved?! Pedro Pascal as Javi, the superfan, was AMAZING. Their bromance was seriously the heart of the movie. Remember that scene where they're tripping on acid and writing a movie script together? I was crying laughing! And Tiffany Haddish is always gold, even in a smaller role. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect going in. Sometimes these meta movies can be a bit too self-indulgent, but this one totally worked. It's funny, action-packed, and even a little bit heartwarming. Plus, all the Cage references?! My inner film nerd was screaming. I'm not usually one for action movies, but the explosions and fight scenes were so over-the-top that I couldn't help but love them. Definitely recommend grabbing some friends, ordering pizza, and watching this one. I think it's the perfect movie to just switch off and have a good time. I'm already planning a re-watch! What did you guys think?
