Liam Neeson's "Memory" -- Anyone Else Feel...Meh?

Okay, so I just finished watching "Memory" (2022). Liam Neeson, assassin with… memory problems. Sounds kinda cool on paper, right? But I'm not gonna lie, I'm feeling pretty underwhelmed. I mean, Neeson can still throw a punch, don't get me wrong, but something about the pacing felt off. Like, scenes would just kinda… happen. Did anyone else feel that way? I kept waiting for it to REALLY kick into high gear, but it just kinda stayed in second. And the whole memory loss thing? I get it, it's the central plot device, and it's supposed to add tension, but honestly, it felt a bit… convenient at times? Like, he'd forget crucial details at the exact moment it was most dramatically useful. Maybe I'm being too cynical, but it just felt a little too forced. I did kinda dig Guy Pearce's performance as the FBI agent, though. He always brings a certain intensity, but even he couldn't save it for me. I'm not saying it was a terrible movie, just...forgettable. Which is ironic, I guess, considering the title. I'm genuinely curious if anyone else had a similar reaction, or if I'm missing something. What were your thoughts on the plot's twists and turns? Did they keep you guessing, or were they pretty predictable? I was about 20 minutes ahead of the 'big reveal' which ruined it for me. Also, side note: did anyone else think that Monica Bellucci looked like that she was phoning it in? I expected more from her, honestly. Maybe I just had my hopes up too high going in... Anyway, let me know what you all thought!
