Saw X: Okay, I have questions (and maybe nightmares!)

Okay, so...I just saw Saw X. I know, I know, Saw movies aren't exactly known for being family-friendly, but I'd heard buzz that this one was... different? And honestly, I was curious. Plus, I figured as a parent, maybe I could spot the genuinely disturbing stuff and warn other parents. Let me just say, proceed with extreme caution. I ended up watching it by myself after the kids were in bed. What I'm really struggling with is...how sympathetic they made John Kramer? Like, I almost felt bad for him when he was getting scammed by those 'doctors' in Mexico. Almost. And the traps were just... brutal. Especially that eye-sucking one. Yikes! Seriously, did anyone else feel squirmy during that scene? My stomach did not appreciate that. I kinda understand why they wanted to give it back to those people but that was a bit much. But, like, is it just me, or was Cecilia Pederson (the 'doctor') the WORST villain ever? Like, way more despicable than Jigsaw himself? At least he has some warped sense of 'justice'. She was just purely evil. And when she was getting the bloodboarding... well, I won't lie, I kind of cheered. Bad parenting, I know! My question: Does anyone else think she was the most evil villain in the whole Saw franchise, and if so, who was a close second? Also I'm a bit scared of seeing blood donation clinics now. Not sure if that was the film's intention... but yeah. Super curious to hear everyone else's thoughts, especially from the people that might think its okay for older teens.
