My Wild 'Pool and 'Verine Theory: The TVA's Playing Chess?
Alright chimichanga aficionados, AndersonCuts here, fresh off the promo blitz and already my brain's doing backflips. We ALL saw the TVA in the trailer, right? And it feels way different than the Loki show. My theory? They're not just trying to prune Deadpool, they're grooming him. Hear me out... Wade's always been a chaotic variable, a fourth-wall breaker, pure id unleashed. But think about it: what if the TVA sees Kang's multiversal war brewing (again!), and they realize they need someone completely unpredictable to counter it? Someone who can operate outside the rigid rules and timelines? Deadpool fits that bill perfectly. The 'existential threat' might not be what it seems; it's a test. They're pushing Wade to his absolute limits, seeing if he'll break, or if he'll evolve into the wildcard they desperately need. The 'Merc with a Mouth' becomes 'The Merc with a Plan (maybe?) to save Reality'. And Wolverine being involved? Classic buddy-cop dynamic, sure, but I suspect it's more. Logan's a soldier, a survivor, a blunt instrument of considerable power. He's the control variable to Wade's chaos. The TVA's probably banking on Logan keeping Deadpool focused – or at least semi-focused – on the mission. It's a high-risk, high-reward play. If it works, they have the ultimate weapon against Kang. If it fails... well, the multiverse was probably screwed anyway. LOL. Plus, I'm calling it now: there's gonna be some serious fourth-wall breaking involving the ACTUAL MCU. Like, Deadpool directly addressing Kevin Feige on-screen level stuff. It's the only way to truly raise the stakes and make this feel unique. What do you guys think? Am I completely off my rocker, or is there something to this TVA grooming theory?
