Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter - Is it really the final one?

Okay horror hounds, let's talk Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter. I know, I know, 'The Final Chapter' tagline is a blatant lie considering, like, 8 (or is it 9?) more movies followed. But honestly, for a sequel, it's pretty darn good. I'd put it in my top 3 Friday flicks, no contest. Corey Feldman as Tommy Jarvis totally steals the show. He's creepily obsessed with masks and FX makeup, which is honestly relatable to anyone who's ever been into horror. Plus, his showdown with Jason at the end? Amazing. The whole 'shaving his head and mimicking young Jason' thing was a surprisingly clever way to throw Jason off his game. I mean, for a hulking, undead maniac, Jason's easily confused LOL. Honestly, the kills are pretty brutal too. There's one with the corkscrew that made me actually wince, and I'm pretty desensitized at this point. Crispin Glover's dance (or what he calls dancing!) might be the most unintentionally hilarious thing in the entire franchise, though. Seriously, did anyone tell him how bad that was? I can't believe they left it in, too good! Poor guy gets an axe to the face shortly after though. Anyways, overall, if you're a slasher fan and haven't seen this one, def check it out. Is it the scariest movie ever? No. But it's a fun, gory ride with some surprisingly memorable moments. What are your favorite kills in this one? Let me know!
