WOLVERINES! Red Dawn thoughts and a question...

Okay, horror peeps, I know Red Dawn (the OG, 1984 version, obvi) isn't STRICTLY horror, but that feeling of utter dread and helplessness definitely puts it in thriller territory for me, and some scenes are downright terrifying! Like, imagine waking up and seeing PARATROOPERS landing in your FREAKING HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL FIELD?! Nightmare fuel. I always found it amazing how quickly these high schoolers, Jed and Matt Eckert (Patrick Swayze and Charlie Sheen, RIP Swayze), Erica, Danny, and the rest, adapt to being guerrilla fighters. Like, from football practice to blowing up tanks in what felt like 5 minutes! Did they really expect to win the war? Or were they just fighting for survival? I always felt conflicted. My question for you guys is this: what's the scene that sticks with you the most? For me, it was definitely when Toni becomes so tired that she becomes emotionally unhinged while she is waiting on her teammates in the snow, and Jed tries to comfort her, but she knows she will likely die. The acting in this scene is amazing. I still think about it all the time. And one more bonus question: who do you think had the MOST unrealistic fighting skills, LOL? I'm leaning towards Matt... but let me know your thoughts! Wolverines!
