Il Ragazzo di Campagna - SO. RELATABLE. (Maybe more than I'd like to admit)

Okay, so I just watched "Il Ragazzo di Campagna" (thanks, Italian history assignment for making me find it lol) and I gotta say, it's way funnier than I expected! It's about this guy, Artemio, who's a farmer and super sheltered, right? Then he goes to Milan and it's just... chaos. Seeing him completely overwhelmed by everything was hilarious, but also kinda made me think about the first time I visited a big city. I mean, not quite that bad, but still... finding the subway map felt like rocket science, haha. The scene where he tries to get a taxi is GOLD. Seriously, I was crying laughing. And the way he interacts with people? Pure cringe comedy, but in a good way. I loved how he dressed - super old school and practical. You IMMEDIATELY know he's out of his element. Honestly, the movie is probably kinda dated (it's from forever ago), but the core idea is timeless. The whole "fish out of water" thing? We've all been there, even if it's just trying to figure out how to use a new app. I'd recommend it if you're looking for something light and funny with minimal thinking. It made me laugh and question some of my own assumptions, which is always a good thing. Plus, spotting all the super-80s fashion moments was a treat. 4/5 stars!
