"Marche à l'ombre" - Totally slept on French oddity! Anyone else seen this?

Okay, so I just finished watching "Marche à l'ombre" (I know, super random pull from the depths of 80s French cinema) and I'm kinda tripping out. Like, it's definitely NOT for everyone. It's this super low-budget thing about these two dudes, one's a musician and the other is just...melancholy AF, wandering around Greece and France. It's got this really loose, almost documentary feel, y'know? They're completely broke, busking, squatting, and generally just trying to survive. It's wild. And the soundtrack? Chef's kiss! All those live performances are amazing. I really liked all the locations and how they managed to film in so many different places. Reminded me a little of 'Stranger Than Paradise', in it's slacker vibe. There's this one scene in Paris, where they are trying to sleep in the metro and get kicked out, that just hit different. You really feel for the guys, even though one of them is constantly complaining and annoying his friend. It's kinda funny because it shows how friends can be so different but stick together. Also, the ending is pretty abrupt, not gonna lie. Like, I was expecting some big cathartic moment or something, but it just...ends. Which, I guess, kinda fits the whole vibe of the movie. I've been trying to find more info about the director, but I can't seem to find any. Kinda makes the movie even more interesting, right? Like, who MADE this?? Did anyone else ever stumble across this thing? Am I the only one who thought it was actually pretty cool? Let me know what you think, if you've actually seen it. I'm guessing not many have lol. Definately made me want to go to Paris and busk on the streets... maybe not actually, but it was still a cool movie though.
