Mind. Blown. Again. Rewatching BTTF and Noticed This!!

Okay, so I've seen Back to the Future, like, probably a hundred times. It's my go-to comfort movie. But I STILL notice new things! This time, it was during the Enchantment Under the Sea dance. When George finally punches Biff? The music swells and it's this HUGE moment, right? But did anyone else notice that the band starts playing 'Earth Angel' BEFORE George actually connects?? It's like they knew it was coming! I mean, maybe it's just timing, but it felt so deliberate, like the band (or Zemeckis!) was foreshadowing the whole thing. It gave me chills! And another thing – Lorraine's reaction after George socks Biff. She's like, totally into him instantly. Lea Thompson's acting in that scene is chef's kiss. You can see the switch flip in her eyes. Before that she's all giggly and kinda vapid, but then BAM! She's seeing something new in him. Is it attraction? Relief that Biff's finally getting his comeuppance? I can't quite put my finger on it. It's just so well done. Also, I'm still not over how Marty's mom had a crush on him lol. That whole storyline is so awkward but so hilarious at the same time. The whole 'Calvin Klein' thing? Gold. Even now I cringe a bit, but in a good, funny way, you know? Anyway, just wanted to share my latest BTTF discoveries. Anyone else notice anything new after a rewatch? Let me know! I'm always up for dissecting this movie further. Maybe I'll finally figure out why Doc Brown chose 1.21 gigawatts! lol
