Ferris Bueller STILL makes me wanna ditch class! Anyone else?

Okay, so I watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off again last night (for like, the millionth time LOL) and I just... I feel SO MUCH. It's not even about wanting to skip school anymore (though, let's be real, a little part of me always will). It's that feeling of pure, unadulterated joy and freedom. Like Ferris just DECIDES he's going to have an amazing day and BAM, it happens. I always tear up a little during the parade scene when he's up on the float singing Twist and Shout. The way everyone just joins in, that spontaneous shared happiness… it's like this perfect little microcosm of everything good in the world. And the art museum scene! The way Cameron connects with that painting...UGH, my heart. Seeing his real emotions is so sad, but cathartic? I don't know how to explain it, but I feel it so deeply. But then there's also the sadness for Cameron too! He seems afraid to do anything. Honestly, I'm just wondering if anyone else has such strong feelings about this movie? Like, does anyone else find it weirdly emotional, or am I just a big softie? I swear the feels get stronger every time I watch it! Also, bonus question: What's your fave part? I'm torn between the parade or the museum scene. Both tug at my heartstrings!
