Spaceballs: Still Freakin' Hilarious or Nah?

Okay, so I just re-watched Spaceballs for like, the millionth time. And I gotta know, am I just blinded by nostalgia or does this movie still hold up? I mean, the special effects are obviously dated AF, even for the 80s, but the jokes... man, the jokes! Like, Dark Helmet hitting himself in the face with the radar, or Yogurt explaining the Schwartz? Timeless comedy gold, right? But then there are moments that maybe haven't aged as well, you know? I'm curious what other people think. Is it just my millennial brain refusing to accept that some things from my childhood might be... well, not as funny as I remember? And seriously, how did Mel Brooks get away with that whole 'ludicrous speed' scene? It's so over-the-top and ridiculous, but it still cracks me up every single time. Anyone else think Spaceballs is the best Star Wars parody ever made, or am I totally alone on this one? Lemme know your thoughts! Maybe point out some jokes I missed or something.
