BHC2: "Nothin' I can do huh? You sure 'bout that Judge Reinhold?"

Alright, alright, alright, movie buffs! ScottyScreens here back at it again. Just re-watched Beverly Hills Cop II and man, what a ride. First off, let's just say, the soundtrack still slaps. That Harold Faltermeyer synth magic just...chef's kiss. But seriously, what's the deal with Rosewood in this one? Reinhold's comedic timing is ON POINT. The whole sequence with him trying to be Rambo is freaking gold! "Got another dollar, asshole?" But also, does anyone else feel like his character kinda got...dumber? Like, he was already a bit of a goofball in the first one, but here he's bordering on cartoonish. Don't get me wrong, I love the laughs, especially the oil painting scene! But was it TOO much? Did they overdo it? Remember, 'Stuck up snobs..'? And let's talk about Brigitte Nielsen as Karla Fry. Talk about a stone-cold villain! She seriously gave me the creeps back in the day. Anyone else think she was super underrated in this role. I think I preferred the first BHC movie overall, but BHC2, is just pure 80s fun.
