Sleeping Princess: More Than Just a Training Arc?

Okay, so I just rewatched "Dragon Ball: Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle" (for like, the millionth time lol) and a random thought popped into my head. Everyone always just sees it as a fun, early adventure before things got super serious, but what if it's lowkey foreshadowing some bigger themes in Dragon Ball? Hear me out. Lucifer, right? Total B-list villain, I know, but the whole 'eternal life through draining youth' thing? Doesn't that kinda remind you of Dr. Gero and the Androids WAY later on? I mean, Gero wasn't after eternal youth exactly, but immortality through technology and stealing energy from others is definitely a similar vibe. Plus, you have the whole 'devil' imagery – Lucifer is, y'know, the devil. Later arcs touch on the idea of 'gods' and 'demons' blurring together (especially with characters like Dabura), so maybe this movie was planting a seed early on about how those labels aren't always so clear cut. And then there's the sleeping princess. It's easy to just write her off as the 'damsel in distress' trope, but what if she represents the potential that's lying dormant? Goku and Krillin are basically tasked with unlocking that potential by overcoming the challenges in Lucifer's castle. It's kinda a metaphor for their own training with Roshi, right? They have the raw talent, but they need to go through trials to awaken it. I'm prolly overthinking it, but it makes me appreciate this movie a little more! What do you guys think? Am I stretching here, or is there something to this theory?
