OMG, The Land Before Time STILL makes me cry! 😭

Okay, so I was feeling super nostalgic last night and rewatched The Land Before Time (1988)... and I'm not gonna lie, I was a MESS. I forgot how emotionally brutal that movie is! Littlefoot losing his mom? STILL gets me every single time. Seriously, that scene should come with a box of tissues. I was wondering, does anyone else think that Sharptooth (the T-Rex) is like, legit one of the scariest villains ever? I mean, I know it's a kids movie, but that dude is terrifying! And what about the Great Valley? As kid I always thought it was a real place. Also, I gotta ask: who's your fave character? I'm torn between Littlefoot (duh) and Ducky. "Yep yep yep!" just lives rent free in my head. And what do you guys think about the animation? For a movie that's, like, ancient in movie years, it still looks pretty good, right? I mean, it's no Pixar, but still. Any thoughts on what makes this film so enduring after all these years?
