Land Before Time STILL makes me sob like a baby 😭

Okay, so I just re-watched The Land Before Time, and OMG, I forgot how emotionally DRAINING this movie is!! From the very beginning, with Littlefoot losing his mom... I was a wreck! Like, full-on ugly crying. The animation might be a little dated now, but the FEELINGS are still so real. When she's telling him to let his heart guide him to the Great Valley? Ugh, someone pass the tissues! And then the journey itself! Seeing Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky, Petrie, and Spike all working together (even though Cera is a brat sometimes, lol) just warms my heart. Ducky's 'Yep yep yep!' always makes me smile, even through the tears. But seriously, that scene where they think Littlefoot is dead after the earth shake?! My HEART. And then when he actually finds the Great Valley?! I'm not crying, YOU'RE crying! Okay, fine, I am crying. Every time. I know some people might think it's just a kids' movie, but it deals with loss and friendship in such a beautiful way. It honestly taught me about perseverance and believing in yourself when I was little. Also, I can't belive it was directed by Don Bluth who also directed All Dogs Go To Heaven! Another one that makes me tear up. Anyway, if you need a good cry (and who doesn't sometimes?), put on The Land Before Time. Just be prepared to feel ALL the feels. ❤️ Maybe have some ice cream ready, too... for comfort, of course! What are your thoughts on this movie? Let me know if you cried too.
