Mystic Pizza - Just watched it! (and I have SO many thoughts)

Okay, so I finally got around to watching Mystic Pizza. I know, I know, late to the game. But I'm on this classic movie kick, and this one popped up. I was expecting, like, a super cheesy rom-com. And while it definitely had some cheesy moments, it was actually...pretty good? I think I was most surprised by how much I liked Daisy (Julia Roberts, obviously). At first, I was just like, "okay, she's the rebellious one," but then she actually had some depth going on. I'm still a bit confused about her whole thing with Charles though. Was he actually into her, or was it just a rich boy slumming it? And did she actually love him, or was she trying to prove something to her mom and sister? That whole Thanksgiving scene was WILD. Also, like, WHAT was up with Jojo fainting at the altar? That felt so out of the blue. Was it just nerves? Or was she secretly not that into Bill? I'm dying to know what happened after that! Did she eventually marry him? Did she run off and become a painter in Italy?! Honestly, Elsie was kind of my favorite, the quiet observer. I wish they gave her more to do than just be the peacemaker. Anyway, overall I enjoyed it. What did you guys think, especially about that wedding scene? And Charles, what's the deal with him?
