"3 Men and a Little Lady" - Sweet but Kinda Predictable?
Okay, so I finally got around to watching "3 Men and a Little Lady," the sequel nobody asked for (jk, kinda!). As someone who LOVED "3 Men and a Baby" (the French version is amazing, BTW, check it out!), I was curious. And honestly? It's fine. Like, perfectly watchable on a Sunday afternoon when you're folding laundry. I think the whole 'Sylvia moves to England' plot felt a little forced. Like, did they REALLY have to separate the little family? The whole “oh no, Mary's gonna be a lady now!” thing was a tad much. And Peter's sudden burst of romatic love for Sylvia? I didn’t quite buy it. Joey and Michael's bickering was still charming, though. And baby Mary (Robin Weisman) was adooorable! Plus, seeing Tom Selleck in a wedding scene still gets me every time! My biggest gripe? It just didn't have the same HEART as the original. The first movie felt so fresh and unexpected. This one felt...safe. Like they knew what worked and just did it again, but with a thinner plot. Also the ending was too easy, and wrapped up too quickly. Overall, I'd say if you're a die-hard fan of the first one, give it a watch. But don't expect it to blow your mind. It's a solid 6/10 for me. What did everyone else think?
