Grown Ups - Underrated Comedy Gem or Just...Meh?

Okay, so I just re-watched "Grown Ups" the other day and I'm still kinda torn. Like, on one hand, it's Adam Sandler doing his Adam Sandler thing, right? Goofy jokes, over-the-top characters, the whole shebang. But on the OTHER hand, there are some genuinely funny moments, especially when the whole crew is just riffing off each other. Remember that scene where they're all at the water park and trying to act like kids again? That was pretty hilarious, ngl. But here's the thing that's been bugging me: do you guys think the humor holds up? Like, some of the jokes definitely feel kinda dated now, and maybe even a little...insensitive? I'm not trying to be all "woke police" or anything, but I'm just wondering if my sense of humor has changed or if the movie just hasn't aged super well. And speaking of characters, who's your favorite? I always liked Kevin James in that one. His facial expressions were on point! Also, I feel like Chris Rock was phoning it in a little haha. Was he just there for the paycheck? So yeah, hit me with your thoughts! Am I crazy for kinda liking it, or is "Grown Ups" secretly a low-key funny movie that people sleep on? Let me know!
