John Hipwell: Producer John Hipwell is one of Australia’s most versatile & experienced feature film producers with extensive credits on feature films (20), documentaries (16), TV and Cinema Commercials (86), corporate (110), video art (25), international co-productions and numerous short films. Trained at Victorian College of the Arts (Swinburne Campus) in film/TV productions in the early 70’s, his rights of passage were initiated on the early iconic films such as Alvin Purple, Snap Shot and Mad Max. He has eleven Producer credits on more recent Australian feature films including the Australian/Canadian co-production Sci-Fi feature film Arctic Blast (Co-Executive Producer) and the multi award winning Is This Real World, (Producer) 2015.
